Yes I do John...It is very easy instrument to interpret at a glance and I do use it in my Icon A5 in MS Flight...I fly the Icon every day and whilst it does not have real IFR capacity in its instrumentation, I have developed my own limited panel method of flying for short periods in cloud. However, I do a lot of low speed and low level tight manoeuvering and after watching that video I will glance more often at that AOA instrument. I would certainly have love to have had that instrument in my Venom and Hunter dogfighting days...It beats pulling in and out of the start of judder to max rate your turn.JohnWillimas wrote:Fascinating stuff, Peter. Do you think the instrument can live up to their claims for it?
