Thanks for the heads up Garry. I'm at home tomorrow morning, I'll have to see it's live on the box.

Looking at the live feed they go to a close up and it I clear from the angle of the scum line that the hull is lifting and up two or three degrees or so.

I don't know about that, but I can definitely see the paint drying ;)

They are having a news conference, but I have no idea what they are saying. I did catch one phrase of it from the translator though...

"uhh we are uhhh waiting uhhh for the continuation uhhh to uhh continue uhhh to seee uhhh how it will uhhh continue"...

slightly paraphrased - I'm guessing, :S

any way.. 8)

...they said the operation is going on whitout interruption. The weather this night should not be a problem, because the harbor is sheltered from the winds of the north-west. Perhaps it is a bit slower than expected, but none of them have commitments.....they said :worried:

edit:
press conference in progress .... they have had a stop for an hour to manage the length of the "ropes" no longer in use, the operation was planned .... Now all things proceed.

Thanks Francesco

I was just listening to the conference and the discussion about the cable ropes being adjusted... through the translator of course.

It sounds like all is going as good as can be expected.
