More a perception of loosing business
A month or so ago he was asking for customer feedback as he wanted the airline to be more user friendly.
Maybe he's trodden on too many toes and now he wants to make amends.

Surely the buying of the 737s is as a result of his behaviour, anyway his bullet would be towards the top of the magazine.
