More a perception of loosing business

A month or so ago he was asking for customer feedback as he wanted the airline to be more user friendly. *-) :worried:

Maybe he's trodden on too many toes and now he wants to make amends.

Surely the buying of the 737s is as a result of his behaviour, anyway his bullet would be towards the top of the magazine. ;)
