That's G-CIAS "Lions Pride" the Channel Islands Air Search aircraft based in Guernsey 
Great they all made it out. Conditions down in the CI tonight are pretty grim. Driving rain in heavy showers and winds up to 60 knots.

Seems at the time the wind was up to 80 MPH
