Classic British Flight Sim

This time I managed to follow this strangely painted A320 all the way from Heathrow to Charles de Gaulle using Flightradar24.





































I enjoyed following a flight that I frequently flew in a Trident 3...Thanks for looking

Eek.. that's one of the hideous Olympics liveries I think.

It'd be much more fun tracking a T3 over the same route

There's about a dozen of those Olympic Dove A.320's

The flame one was repainted back to standard soon after the event.


Dave ..if a T3 does come up on that route that will be interesting

I think there was only 3 Olympic liveried aircraft, at least 1 A319, and that A320. I've flown on both.

There were supposed to be at least ten but I don't think they were all done as some were supposed to be 320's and they are all 319, I ynk .

Just checked and at the moment there are 6, all A.319

It was not well received at all so maybe they decided to cut the amount.

Peter , very nice photos , and an amazing piece of kit . The other night after BBC weather , went to switch 'pooter off on way to bed . Looked at Radar 24 first , wondering where the Ba 283 was? [ LHR-LAX , a route i used to do regularly ] . Yep they had about 2 hours to run , plus 1 hour in US immigration ..plus MT , hotel ,shower and bed or beer ! That's at least 2am uk/body time ... Glad I'm retired . .....But up around Idaho , in empty airspace was Boeing 1, ... 787-9 up around the mid 20's carving patterns in the sky on a test schedule .
I guess stranger things happen at sea .... '' Marine AIS '' showed us friends leaving Southampton port , curving around the West Bramble buoy , and out to the Channel via the East end of the Isle of Wight , next morning , they were off Ushant heading for the Bay of Biscay . Couldn't make out if it was a rough crossing though .
