Re: SDK in FSX Help please
Apart from a slightly different path to the SDK folder mine is exactly the same too as far as the contents go.

Re: SDK in FSX Help please
Many thanks all
Your replies are genuinely appreciated.
Any further problems will be related to FS Design Studio version 3.0, might have to go for 3.5, or use SAMM2 if FSDS continues to make only FS9 BGLs & MDLs

Re: SDK in FSX Help please

Re: SDK in FSX Help please
If your doing statics to use as scenery, I'd be tempted to use Sketch up and convert it using MCX

Re: SDK in FSX Help please
Thanks again for the advice, all.
Bought FSDS3.5.1, and have been getting used to the latest changes. Biddest problem had been with libraries, but I found where to make them within FSDS itself, NOT with "Library Maker"
EDIT 7TH JAN:
1....LIBRARY MAKER IS IN IS2-NOT FSDS.
2...."Biddest" SHOULD READ BIGGEST.
3....THE PROBLEM WAS THE FSDS VERSION, AS GUESSED BY ME AND CONFIRMED BY BEN.
Am I making "something nice", well Dave, I s'pose it depends on one's point of view. I've been building Newport Power Station, near Westgate Bridge, in Melbourne's last shred of industry. Just applied the first slab of texture, and can go to bed happy. Plan to do many of the petrol refineries and storage facilities in that area. ORBX textures are a huge let down thereabouts.
I'm very keen on Barra beach airport which has a big posting history now. I'll try to do this alongside the industrial area above, for some light relief.

Well done that man
It's always nice to see folk dipping their proverbial toe into something new. You were the inspiration I needed to get off my butt and fiddle with scenery using ISv2 and I thank you for that. I'm not buying FSDS3 though
