Yes perhaps it was! ;) :hide:

What annoys me is that these reports never tell you Why they landed at the wrong airport, that would have been more interesting i would think,

The passengers did'nt have a much of a problem as they were only 7 miles from where they were due to land anyway, more of a pain in the you know what when your baggage is at the wrong airport!!!

Cheers,

Roger.

Hi Roger,

I think the reason they never tell you why things like that happen is that most news readers barely know which end of the airplane goes first, let alone be able to offer a rational explanation for anything aeronautical. And when they try, I wishthey hadn't!

:hide: Can I come out now? Ok, first off it wasn't me. It's hard to think of where to begin with this one. *-) I'm extremely happy that our passengers and crew are safe...priority one. Embarrassing for the company? Definitely. The investigation into this incident should shed light onto why this happened...I'm just as curious as the next fellow. :agree: It was definitely a day for a couple of :guinn: when I got home.

  Very true. That's why I've clicked the 'Ignore Crashes and Damage' option in FSX.

When they find the gremlin with the Boeing magnet, all this will finish.

Que?

Well, Joe, how else do you explain a series of Boeings being attracted to undesired locations?
