The seven dwarfs always left early each morning to go to work in the mine.

As always, Snow White stayed home doing her domestic chores.

As lunchtime approached, she would prepare their lunches and take them to the mine.

One day as she arrived at the mine with the lunches, she saw that there had been a terrible cave-in.

Tearfully, and fearing the worst, Snow White began calling out, hoping against hope that the dwarfs had somehow survived.
'Hello. Hello!' she shouted. 'Can anyone hear me? Hello!'

For a long while, there was no answer. Losing hope, Snow White again shouted,
'Hello! Is anyone down there?'
Just as she was about to give up all hope, she heard a faint voice from deep within the mine,
“VOTE FOR ALEC SALMOND
Snow White fell to her knees and prayed,
Oh, thank you, God! At least Dopey is still alive!

How dare you FT, Alex has already made clear that he will get to keep everything he wants from the existing Union irrespective of what anyone else wants - and anyone who disagrees is an unscrupulous bully.

My wife pointed out that Martin Bell was MP for her late father's constituency having replaced the gawd awful Hamiltons. My father-in-law actually witnessed the legendary confrontation on Knutsford Heath.

Unfortunately Martin resigned on principal and left the way clear for Gideon Oliver Osborne. So a glimmer of hope crushed by the fact Martin Bell then effectively set up the transition to the future 18th Baronet of Ballentaylor and Ballylemon in the County of Waterford. (Presumably he uses "George" to establish his street creds with the common voter)

Sinking ever deeper, I learnt today that for a mere $99.95/yr you can subscribe to a dedicated Sarah Palin Channel. There's a link on Facebook that has over 46,000 likes. Perhaps they could all be traced and flown to Alaska to live with Governor (half terms only) Palin.

They walk among us - well hopefully mostly over the pond but the votes for SNP and UKIP make me wonder. We live with the consequences of Guy Fawkes' failure every day.
