There is something of great charachter about the lumpy, bumpy Sr.1 &3...the Srs.2 was even more so

Also.. the place seems to be awash with Jetstreams but Dominies are very thin on the ground. Nice to see one captured by somewhere like Newark who will guarantee it's future

There are a handful at Kemble with US registartion not going anywhere. So they are around but as you say Dave, not many being saved.

Perhaps they're just waiting for the last one to be cut up so they can have a field day moaning that none were saved.

A few 146 littered around the country too...come on Duxford...maybe Newark can find a 146 shaped space.

Still the odd 748 at Southend too and ATP's are sitting derelict..these need to be represented as the book is now closed and it's about time credit is given to some of these types. The ATP is, of course, still widely in sevice but with a very limited number of operators they could, in effect, die out almost over night as the F.27 and HS.748 did.

Now is the time to get them and save them without having to spend a mega fortune putting together a corroded wreck.

I guess its an ex Cranwell bird hence Newark wanted it just being down the road?
