A thoughtful Scottish Husband was putting his coat and hat on to make his way down to the local pub,

He turned to his wee wife before leaving and said, ‘ Heather - put your hat and coat on, lassie.’

She replied, 'Awe Jock that's nice - are you taking me tae the pub with you? '

'Nay,’ Jock replied
‘I'm turning the heat off while I'm oot'.

  True,

Mind you, I've been known to take the second dunk of a teabag in my mug of tea when visitors are in so we don't go through to many in one sitting :-#
(No, I take the second dunk, I give the first one the Mrs, cos she can tell when the mug has dunk no. 1 or no. 2 in it :$ :hide: )
