DON'T OVERDO IT!

THIS IS NOT AS EASY AS IT LOOKS

Inform all 50 yrs. and older & anyone else who could benefit.

Cardiovascular Exercise

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.
If you’re over 50, you might want to take it easy at first then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina. Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

NOW SCROLL UP

That’s enough for the first day.

Great job. Have a glass of malt.

Actually that is a bit easier than walking a mile each day, which is what my doctor told me to do. The "up" part is always somewhat of a challenge though. I'll have the malt before I tackle that. :guinn:

It's wrecked my blood pressure. :(
The images do nothing, and if I click them, I go to an album which eventually shows a grey rectangle. :wall:

EDIT: OK, some hours later I'm getting the wavy arrows. Now my blood pressure has dropped, but I feel seasick. :(
