Hold the thought, not letting your attention stray from the notion of the colour, but not overdoing it.













Let the colour appear as a distant large cloud that draws you nearer with each slow deep breath.











Now you are in the cloud, surrounded by its light, and the peace it brings to you.












You are weightless, drifting within the world of warmth and relaxation.












Now forget about it, it was just a pigment of your imagination.

Reminds me of in Eastern Europe recently I thought I saw a Tupolev survey aircraft but when I got closer I realised it was an optical Ilyushin.
