It's getting like climbing Everest. Everyone will be doing it in 10 years time.

It looked like that was better being hauled up like that rather than having to jump from a capsule like Felix Baumgartner.
Well done to him,
Roger.

Neat-o! I liked the Homer Simpson style landing. *doh, dee, doh*...WOO HOO!

Seriously though, nice job Mr. Eustace.

Sorry but I disagree. I think for it to be a legitimate parachute jump, you should have to jump
out of something - bail out not bail off. I think he should be made to do it again.

I'm so pleased about this. If anyone saw that documentary about Baumgartner a while ago, he came across as a real arrogant so and so. Very self-centred with a massive ego, he actually walked away from his hard working team a couple of times in fits of childish petulance. And now his 'record' counts as an 'also ran'. Karma...

I don't come round these parts very often, but I invariably find a post which makes me chortle when I do!

Yeah, say what you like about Felix Baumgartner, but his landing
was a bit more graceful! However, I think Alan Eustace deserves extra points for artistic interpretation...
Great stuff indeed!
Cheers,
Nick

Congratulations to the performer, pity the video was so short.
Would have been good to see some of the action.
Maybe they're saving it for a feature length movie?
