Ah, I thought the explosion looked a bit familiar.

Indeed.
To make matters worse, I cringed to hear an assumed "professional" BBC broadcaster inform her audience that, not only did it:
"implode on itself"
but that the NASA (which sounded a bit like NATZA) crew expected the rocket to function properly......where did she get that information without an interview?
