For Hornblower and Bolitho fans only

Post by calypso »

There's a new game coming out (I have a beta version) called Naval Action.

I have read (and reread) the Hornblower books as well as the Bolitho series by Alexander Kent (aka Douglas Reeman)

Wonderful action, and very atmospheric and immersive.

Here's a taste.

Looks like a great game. :) A Nimitz add-on would sell well I bet.

Looks like fun, I've got most of the Dudley Pope 'Ramage' books myself.

It looks excellent - I've been hoping for something like this since Age of Sail. A definite purchase for me -and I thoroughly recommend all Patrick O'Brian's novels, particularly Desolation Island.

Thanks for the HU , John !
