Yes Eric,

I got my wings on the Harvard and Squadron Leader Len Trent VC gave me my final handling test:-

That was on the 6th May 1952, seven days before my 19th Birthday...I soloed in Harvard KF265 :)

I'm trying to imagine what 5 Harvards in formation would sound like, particularly in fine pitch !!

BTW It was probably six Harvards if the guy taking the photo was leading :agree:

Beautiful photo Peter. :) Reminds me of when I once flew with an airshow pilot in his US Navy version of the Harvard...the SNJ-5. We were pulling some positive G's when all of a sudden my vision temporarily collapsed to where it looked like I was viewing the world through a small tube. :worried: I'd forgotten to tighten my gut. :doh: :lol:
