In one of the videos they quote "Ford is no stranger to plane crashes, he's been flying planes for a long time and has been involved in MULTIPLE crashes"....

Although I remember a movie when he landed "airforce one" solo!!..seemed to make a better job of that!!.....Garry, don't tell me that wasn't real, I saw it with my own eyes

But what about poor Chewbacca?

Sounds as if he was trying too hard to reach the runway & stalled at about 200' from one eyewitness. Should have done the 757 pilots trick & retracted the flaps to get more distance....?
Anyway he managed a relatively soft landing without killing anyone which shows good piloting skill.
