Would love to make a donation but all my funds are earmarked for food and shelter at the moment. :( It's hard to imagine Air Force One being used as a crop duster. I mean, you'd be combining politicians and the spreading of fertilizer. *-) :-#

  Nice !

Interesting to know how the call-sign 'Air Force One' came about. I'm surprised the USAF Museum at Wright Patterson hasn't snapped this aircraft up. They have a number of presidential aircraft, and this is the original one.

This video is a tad out of date as the aircraft is well on its way to being saved. A museum located about an hour east of me, the Mid America Air Museum, is in the process of acquiring and preparing for ferry the aircraft. The founder of the museum, Scott Glover, has bought several "orphaned" aircraft like the Columbine in the last couple of years to include a TBM, Lodestar, B-25 (Pacific Prowler), C-47, and several other smaller airplanes.
