Funny guy/skit yet informative to boot. He didn't mention a considered area long ago around the Fairlop & Hainault areas in East London which is also very flat (near to Hornchurch Aerodrome where I used to live and walk the dog - the pill boxes are still there and smell of piddle - well it is Essex after all )
