I put hands on most of the Phantoms in those shots.
Xt863 was a twin sticker, I changed the entire front screen on that one, glass and sidescreens @ 1988.

Impressive you recall that. 1988 was the year I joined the army, and I'd be hard pressed to remember the vehicle numbers I was working with that the time ...
That said, I recall I kept getting assigned radio van with "last three" 110. That was one of our most frequent garage queens ... darned 5/4T truck that always seemed to have something wrong. Had nothing to do with det commander, I'm sure ...
