Classic British Flight Sim

Today I went to my Local Sainsburys. I thought I would try a little experiment. I parked my car as far away from the entrance as possible. The particular part of the car park was empty. I was in the store for no more than five minutes and when I came out 3 cars were parked in the bays next to mine. Must be some reason people feel the need to do this. Perhaps my car looked lonely.

I was ready for you to relay the story of how your car had been vandalised or stolen..... just shows how my mind works.
Personally I try and park well away from others, how often have I returned to find that tiny dent from some dolt opening their car door on mine, or worse the scratch caused by shopping cart or worse a woman's (sometimes men's I suppose - hey ho ) handbag.

Accept the facts, Simon, you're a born leader with personal magnetism.

Because my wife no longer drives, I get roped in on her shopping forays. When she shops at M&S, or any other place for ladies clothes, I usually try to find a place to hide away. A quiet area that nobody appears to have an interest in. You can bet your boots that wherever I stand, it will quickly become the place where several women will want to be. If I move, someone else will close in. Why can't they leave me in peace?

Is it the herd instinct? Or am I, as my wife has pulled my leg about, a babe magnet? At 76 years old, one can only dream!

You could be like me; wear muddy farm boots, even with shorts in the hot weather.
In the cold weather, it's op-shop clothes.
I get heaps of space

Strange..no one seems to want to park next to my pickup truck!!, maybe it's because there's always a goodly supply of smelly fish boxes well plastered with guts in the back..keeps the city slickers at a safe distance.
