Hi Chaps
It seems that Buggyman (Allan) had his 67th this Wednesday gone (12th) and it either didn't flag or I failed to notice it. For both, I apologise
Anywho.. hope you had a fine day and turning 67 has left you no worse for wear

Thanks Dave et al.
At one stage I did wonder if I would make it. At the beginning of the year my GP called me because my latest blood sample showed me to be anaemic. More tests and things got worse. Worst case scenario was that I had a very aggressive cancer which was causing the problem. Funny how things like wills and insurance take a sudden leap in importance.
Anyhow, lots of tests and then cameras stuffed where the sun don't shine and biopsies taken. All clear - it's July now. So it must be a failing kidney - oh Shiite. Actually I can live - no pun - with that, it is just the result of lots of medication so a bit of juggling by the GP with the chemicals is required to keep things on an even keel.
Add to that we have had to get mother in law into a care home - she has galloping dementia, is diabetic and blind - where she is now flourishing.
Life must get better?
Thanks again. Now to get back to living.
Allan

Hen's teeth Allan
Do you ever get the feeling that once you've been seen, they'll keep on going until they find
something.. no matter how far removed from their initial diagnosis??

I'm sure they all breathe a collective sigh of relief when they get a 'positive'
Fingers crossed they can get you on an even keel
