Lost Nazi train discovered ?

This story has been growing over the last week or so. Apparently, there's always been a legend about a Nazi train loaded with gold and other loot that disappeared in Poland, as the Red Army advanced. You know the sort of thing - Oak Island, Burma Spitfires and so on. Recently, the Daily Telegraph reported that some treasure hunters had located the mythical train, and had started filing the paperwork that would secure their share of anything found. I thought it was a load of bunk, but it seems there might be something to it:

Then again, it might be a load of old tosh.

Hi Paul,
I saw this on the tele , it's fascinating what still might be out there,
I recently watched a film called "The Monument Men" based on the true story of a special group of US soldiers that went to Germany at the end of ww2 to try and find mainly Art that was taken and hidden by them,
Not your typical US GunHo film but i found it good if not sad as well, i'll say no more about it.
Roger.

I went to Chester station this morning and discovered a Virgin Pendolino train. I claim 10% of its value and await Richard Branson's cheque

Does that mean nobody has ever ridden it, Chris?

A handsome train.

The Virgin Pendolino, not the Nazi one.

You lot just aren't taking this seriously are you. This train might have Martin Bormann on it, and aliens and stuff.

No Mike. It's never entered a tunnel.

Still waiting and no sign of the train. This can only mean it's operated by First Capital Connect.
In the meantime, they have discovered a massive underground shelter, which could have housed a thousand people. Well, maybe not discovered as such; it's on ground penetrating radar - nobody's actually got in and had a look.

News conference, man wearing uniform, PowerPoint presentation - it's just
got to be true.

Legendary German timekeeping would mean that the train wouldn't hang around for long. He obviously doesn't have a current timetable
