You Tube Videos Need Advice.

Just wonder if any-one can help and advise me, over time since having a dash cam fitted to my car and my wife suggesting I should put some of the incidents onto You Tube I started to post some videos on-line which are only very short ones. There is not much in the way of near-misses but shows how ignorant and impatient some motorists are in speed limits or carrying out manoeuvres. In some way I find this to be a lot better than letting off steam at the time of the incident as all too often it could enrage the other motorist even if he or she is in the wrong.
One thing that I have noticed is that no-one likes to be criticised about their manner of driving, by posting videos instead it avoids any confrontation and shows them up for their poor standard of driving. I have also given my account on the video and below it.
Now for the question, I have a HD Dash Cam and record 1080FHD. On my computer it comes crystal clear and on the television it is brilliant but......You Tube it is horrendous as you will well see. I produce the videos through Movie Maker and save them to be shown in HD, I then upload to You Tube when at the library.

Can anyone please tell me how to get my videos looking like others that are posted on You Tube, do I have to save them in a different format or use another video editing suit, if so then I will need to find a free-ware one not payware.
If anyone wishes to view more of my recent videos I go under the name of IAM&EXHGV Driver but don't expect to see near misses and the like but just drivers who are over impatient or clueless.
Many thanks in advance
Nigel.
