Dear gentlemen!
In order not to hijack the main JF Dove thread, I think it'll be better to open this one.
As already announced over there, the Channel Airways rendition will be coming up.
Since I wasn't able to decide which of the both livery variants (of 1964 or 1970) I'd prefer, I decided to give both of them a 'go'.
Thanks to a sometimes quite weird texture mapping, some items of this repaint weren't a case of painter's joy but grim determination to get it done...
This is what I have so far:
It's the later variant of about 1970, reference image here:

Short test hop above the Thames estuary, just to get the paint dry...
(UK2000's awesome Southend scenery)
The Dove's maiden voyage started with a ferry flight from Shoreham (FTX) to Southend, after picking up some more aviation enthusiats at Stapleford and Southampton (both FTX), I went to the lovely island of Alderney.
Unlike the painting struggles before, this trip was pure pleasure.
Enroute (FSGRW and REX soft clouds).
Getting the Dove back to ground at Alderney (created by the late Earth Simulations) was quite a challenge with a ceiling of 700 ft. and poor visibility of about 200 m...
Now heading off for the 1964 variant

both repaints will be released as double pack.
Cheers,
Markus.

Lovely job Markus. Always liked the Channel paint.. the black around the flight deck windows always reminds me of a mask
Will keep an eye out for their release
