Re: Steam Sale
Plenty of TS2016 bargains to be had by the look of it. Any idea how long this sale is going on for ? I can't find a date.

Re: Steam Sale
Cheers Paul
I'll probably bag myself a copy. Currently running P3D, but would love to be able to fly HS748, Comet, Trident etc again - if they'll run in FSX Steam.
Also quite tempted by Train Simulator.
Regards
Kevin

Re: Steam Sale
TS2016 is fun, though the add-ons are a mixed bag, based on the customer reviews. Larry ( Tako_Kichi) provides some recommendations here ( not all of them are in the current sale ):

Re: Steam Sale
I've bought the following for Train Sim 2016:
The Woodhead route: ( thanks Larry )
http://store.steampowered.com/app/65244
Settle to Carlisle, ( how could I not have this ? )
http://store.steampowered.com/app/65255
Both of the above are out in the countryside, so I thought I'd balance them with something urban - the South London network:
http://store.steampowered.com/app/222638
Finally, spectacular scenery from the Colonies.
http://store.steampowered.com/app/258654
When I was last in Pittsburgh, I watched one of these bloody great trains cross the Allegheny river on an enormous steel girder bridge, and roll slowly in to the city. Watching it, and listening to that distinctive, almost mournful siren - it was just pure Americana !
So, a good time had at the Steam sale, and I've a feeling I'm not finished with it yet.
