Apparently, this was from one of Lufthansa's Birmingham to Frankfurt flights on the four hundredth anniversary of William Shakespeare's death.

Well done, Lufthansa in recognising and celebrating (in true style), a very important occasion, not only of British history but also that of great literature.

All the publicity re the 400th anniversary of the bard's passing inspired me to compose some poetry of my own-:

There once was a woman named Tucker
Who sadly wasn't much of a looker
She said I'll get a man
Any way that I can
And offered them money to ?

Unfortunately not quite up the bard's standard because I couldn't think of a rhyming finish. *-) EricT

I've been performing in Alan Ayckbourn's Bedroom Farce this week. Last night I sneaked in the word 'Shakespeare' and when I 'broke' a table at the end said 'Don't worry, tis Much Ado About Nothing.' I hope the old man would have approved ;)
