Not that I recall, Eric.
But these days I do enjoy killing European wasps any way I can, preferably with my flame gun! :OB: :OB:
I don't let them die slowly, I make it as quick as I can.
AFAIK, all living things feel pain and experience pleasure. Check out the videos on the net for any number of examples; orang utan with cat, dog with chicks, cows & elephants enjoying a cuddle with people, etc etc.
Fish can feel. I've seen them deliberately swimming to scrape against each other, or against rocks. And fishermen have been known to tickle trout.
European carp are a pest in Australia, and they are, (finally, years too late, of course), trying to clear them out of the waterways.
Seeing them on the news, flapping about in boxes, suffocating and bleeding from wounds, made me feel sick.
Fishing to me, is like sitting in a tree and catching lambs in nooses, then suspending them until they die. I have seen some fishermen club fish as soon as they're out of the water, to kill them.
Kill them, but show compassion. :agree:

Steps down from soap box.

Nonsense, if fish had any real feelings, why - they'd just jump in the boat instead of making me bake all day in this infernal heat before they decide to take a bite of fate.

They do give me a good feeling though , in my tummy!

Indeed, Jon! :agree: We'll probably all die of poisoned water from the millions of tons of dead fish. 0:)
Rabbits

Cane toads
Calici virus
Ten quid fares for British migrants  Sorry, that was a mistake - I was one of those! [and you can read that apology any way you like! ]
