Hi Joe,
Sorry, too hot to work in the garden, and I've been at a Community Fair today.
So.......:
pyrrhic
noun

A metrical foot of two short or unaccented syllables.

The thinking man might wonder whether they got their antlers locked as reported, or their feet.
Not me, I don't think like that. Their feet wouldn't have been metric, but some natural fibre, and if they were too short, they wouldn't have reached the ground. Finally, they would have had Canadian accents. But they were a bit syllable to get stuck in the ice, weren't they? :wasntme:

btw, the spell checker is rather uneducated, it doesn't recognise pyrrhic. :|
