George Michael, Richard Adams (Watership Down) and Princess Leia made it before the end of this mass celebrity exit year.
Any more for the list before Saturday night?

Very sad that Carrie Fisher has died. She was such a character, and only 60.

Rarely, for me, it wasn't intended as a joke, Chris.
I could have worded it differently, but my approach, though not popular, is different. (eg. Seasonal code 100+ views, 2 responses.)
It has been a tragic year already; when you think it's all over, there's another announcement, these last three in the past few days.
In this respect, I can't wait for this year to finish. I hope everyone else misses the deadline.
Yes, Paul, but a very troubled character, I believe, with worse mental problems -bipolar- than mine. From what we've seen, substantial substance abuse probably contributed to her early death.

That is very sad, Joe. Probably the shock of loosing Carrie. Very hard when a parent outlives their child.

Indeed, mate.
The story I read said the family was in the midst of planning Carrie's funeral when her mother fell ill.
