Looks like the android version has been compromised. I only use it on windows, but will check I have a clean version before using it again

I've often wondered how you tell virus checkers are not covert hacker tools in disguise.

I have the Windows version and just updated from 5.33 to 5.34. Thanks for posting that link Ben!

Lots of good information and the bottom line is:

"Most of all, I'm not recommending that you abandon CCleaner. It remains a good and useful tool."
