The Geordie Parrot

A man bought a parrot It kept saying “Am a Geordie parrot, am tough as nails”.
After a week of this the man got so fed up he bought a Kestrel, and put it in the cage with the parrot and said “ Lets see how tough you are now?” Next morning the Kestrel was dead.
Parrot said “Am a Geordie parrot, am tough as nails”.
The man bought a Buzzard and put it in the cage with the parrot and said “ Lets see how tough you are now?” Next morning the Buzzard was dead.
Parrot said “Am a Geordie parrot, am tough as nails”.
So the man bought a Golden Eagle and put it in the cage with the parrot. Next morning the Golden Eagle was dead and the parrot had no feathers.
Parrot said “ Had to tek me jacket off for that bugger!"
