That slogan popped into my mind popped after listening to the ATC communications with SWA 1380 during the emergency when an engine blew up. I was amazed at how calm and cool all involved were, absolutely amazing.

Very professional as well. The captain even managed to add a 'good day' to her communications with ATC.
