Blue Origin flew the eighth test mission of their New Shepard rocket the other day from sunny west Texas.

Love the large windows on the capsule. Not so sure about the interesting shape of the rocket.
Entire flight...

Fantastic to watch, particularly from inside the capsule, and the booster landing too. I see what you mean about the shape though, Brian.

I liked the fact that they measured the height in inches

A view of how the completed capsule interior should look.

So this is a space tourism thing, like the Virgin Galactic spacehip ? I thought it was going to be a competitor for Space X, resupplying the ISS.

Yep, more space tourism. It's fun watching the privatization of space flight take off. First there was SpaceshipOne (like the Wright Bros.), now we have the beginning of space tourism (barnstormers selling rides), and hopefully this will lead to proper spaceliners (like in 2001: A Space Odyssey).
