Neil? Was he one of the Prime Ministers? Besides, I think the number 7 was a mistake, more like 6 maybe? Kevin Ruidd served two separate terms so I suppose he counts twice, No "Neil" in the bunch, no Nigel either for that matter. You buy the next round!
