That is strange, Mike. I googled the issue you're seeing but found nothing. I also didn't find anything on the game manufacturer's website. Here's a link to their 'contact us' page. Maybe they can help.

Same happened to me. I got to 71%.

There is a section called My Puzzles, this includes those completed and also those unfinished. I've shut down and gone back another time, clicked on unfinished and it loads to where I left it.

That may be a folder created by you; I don't have one called "My Puzzles".
I DO have one called Downloads/Jigsaws, but there's only one file for each puzzle, whether I've finished them or not.

This is what I have for Jigidi. Just a thought, have you registered with them? Click on your name, and you should see a page like this.



In progress saves your unfinished puzzles. Sorry, not "My puzzles" just puzzles.

Why not register Mike? It doesn't cost anything, and as far as I can see there are added benefits, including saving unfinished puzzles.
