The NABOBS (National Awarding Body Of Badges) has reviewed this case, finding that because Brian made them cry, and Paul made his observation as a question instead of a fact, both contenders are entitled to the following award:

That's why the Aussies are no good at cricket - nowhere to practice.
Some places are worse than Ashburton; Werribee, in the left hand picture, no room to put a ladder up to maintain gutters between houses.
This is why we live here; pic on right, plenty of room for a ladder, I'm just too lazy to use it.
