Wish me Luck!

Last week I had 2 heart attacks first was on Wednesday and spent 15hrs on a chair with Babs in A&E after ambulance dropped us off. Not the fault of the staff who were inundated with patients.

After a final blood test the doctor deemed it was safe for me to return home, no room or beds available.

Friday another heart attack, this was worse than the first, my chest felt as though it was being crushed by a giant vice.

Ambulance took us in and have been in an emergency admission ward since.
Just had an audio x-ray taken of my heart and hopefully will have an angiogram tomorrow so hopefully at the worst case scenario it will be just stents! :worried:

Regards
Nigel

Take it easy pal.

When you get out don't rush things, small steps become larger as time passes and fitness returns. It can be a strain but slow and steady is the only way - none of this doing a marathon a month after the event! As if

My serious event took 2 years to recover from and I'm not 100% even now. Patience is the word.

Get well soon.

Bloody hell mate! Wishing you a speedy recovery.

It must have been all that spending and running it through Babs. Try my method... buy it and then explain it afterwards

Best of luck and if you need a stent go for it. I think there are several of us on this site you can join as a fellow stentorian.
