A Bridge Too Far

You can debate starting a space program down under, but if that turns out to hit a little bit of a budgetary constraint, build a bridge to Tasie! It is only 150 miles away from the mainland. Started when the CEO of National Building Authority visited his son's primary school and the children suggested future building projects for Australia. Rockets, water slides, bridges and so on.
If a meeting with the residents of Tasmania reveals that fixing the roads is the #1 priority, somehow propose a 60,000 multi-purpose stadium! Honestly, I laughed until I cried! Series 1, episodes 5 & 6 of 'Dreamland' AKA 'Utopia'. You can't make this stuff up....Oh, you really can! Right Mike?
