Texas is Reopening

Texas is slowly but surely reopening after its initial bout with the corona virus. Mrs. FlyTexas and myself celebrated her birthday today by having lunch at Fuzzy's Taco Shop. Indoor dining! :-O She had a margarita and I had an appropriately named beer.

Be careful, Brian - this isn't over yet. The label on that bottle may be very prescient.

Hi Brian
Nice to see you're out enjoying dinner

Palm Beach County is slowly allowing some businesses to reopen but some are staying closed
When I go out to eat in.. meaning not going out to pick up a to go order.. I'm going to Texas Roadhouse or Outback, or *-) that Irish pub with the saucy lass.. :agree: :wasntme:

I agree with Paul, whatever you do Brian, please stay safe.

Apart from that hope you and your wife enjoyed your dinner.

Regards
Nigel.

You'd better check her temperature first, Joe. :poke:

Actually, I was very surprised today. Apparently, Victoria has the most strict lockdown of our States, but suddenly the local supermarket has opened all its doors to allow two way traffic, there are no assistants wiping shopping baskets, no hand sanitisers, apart from the keep your distance marks on the floor, you'd reckon it was all over. :dunno: And there were so many cars around; don't know where their drivers were, but the car parks including roadside parks were full, like holiday season.

I'm definitely playing it as safe as possible. :) The restaurants here are only allowed to seat 25% of their maximum capacity. At Fuzzy's Taco Shop many of the tables are marked closed to keep everyone from getting too close to each other. At work masks are now mandatory and your temperature is taken every day when you arrive. So far so good.
