Re: Getting Ready...
I like the look of Nepal Peter. It will be good to get proper runway gradients modeled.
Thanks for posting those.

Re: Getting Ready...
Wow Peter, that Lukla screen shot is wonderful, very much like the one in MS2020!! Which scenery package is that from or for that matter, which sim platform? Looks very good especially the sloping runway.
Feeling a bit of envy coming along!!
Regards
Nigel.

Re: Getting Ready...
Nigel, those are screen shots from the MS2020 videos...I'm running videos in HD 1080 mode. I'm ready now for the release of MS2020 and I'm quite certain that nothing else is better...I particularly like the animation at the airports.

Re: Getting Ready...
Thanks for that Peter, stunning picture nonetheless!
With those screenshots and of the animation at the airports leaves me wondering how some software companies might be affected by MS2020? Their airports such as the one in your screen shot is amazing if it is just a default one and even some of the larger airports that I have seen in the videos would be enough to keep me happy if I went down the MS2020 route without the need for pay-ware add-ons.
Think some unfortunately will be affected but by how much of a degree depends on market demand I guess.
Regards
Nigel.

Re: Getting Ready...
I agree Nigel...The whole World and 40,000 or so airports with all their animations etc. already in place... superb real world weather...I don't see why anyone would need to buy any extra software at all...It all comes ready made! And thirteen excellent Aeroplanes also come with it!

Re: Getting Ready...
Thanks for linking that video Peter, found it very interesting especially regarding PC requirements.
One thing of note was that I had just completed a flight in the 727 from Bristol to Liverpool (short hop) and had only the default airports but what a difference MS2020 makes against my graphics even with True Earth running at max scenery, just does not match MS2020 scenery.
Regards
Nigel.
