Classic British Flight Sim

I have downloaded the FS9 version of tis aircraft. Mostly after watching a clip of it on youtube :

I noticed the youtube clip has some really cool side 2D views. I was wondering if anyone knows where those 2D left/right side panels might have come from? As the download only has the main panel. Unfortunately the side views are black as it links to a missing panel somewhere. I believe the add-on wasn't finished so perhaps why no side panels are available?

Any help greatly appreciated.

These are hard to find!!
Strange as they look to perfectly fit the front cockpit view.
