New mandatory update for MSFS2020, you need to run the updates from the Microsoft store. :cpu: (not sure about Steam) 1.7.14
Cheers Ben. Installed, but what is included?

Morning, Graham.

It seems to be just a bit of unscheduled maintenance - no new features, just squashing a few bugs and fixing some reported issues.

There's a list here: https://www.windowscentral.com/microsof ... -bug-fixes

'Mandatory' it certainly is. I got stuck in a frozen MS Store page and tried to exit, when I tried to close down I was informed that my Mandatory Upgrade had not been done and that if I left without the upgrade then my FS202 'Game' would be uninstalled from my PC.

Bit heavy handed I thought, especially since it was their site that was causing the problem

Anyhow, finally downloaded on the 3rd attempt and flew Teesside - Glasgow successfully until the final to land when the 'Game' seized solid and went into a CTD. Hey, just like a 'real' flight sim after all :poke:

Anyone else find the controls too twitchy when using joysticks?

Nev, from what I have read on the various forums, this is a issue with many people. The recommendation is to reduce the controller sensitivity settings.

Here is a project that I have just started:-

https://share.icloud.com/photos/0j3zS1U ... vey_Tracey

Click the small pic to get the big one!

Operation Longtrek was in 1953 over the time of the Queen’s Coronation...I flew all legs in a Venom FB1 as Number Two to the Boss, Colin Coulthard....There were twelve of us in formation and all legs were flown at 40,000 feet...I thought i would like to do it all again in FS2020 and I have chosen the Beechcraft Kingair for the purpose. I want to see it all again from low level so that I can enjoy the scenery...I have flown the first leg and I did that with co-pilot dealing with all the RT. I have visitors over the next few days, But after they have gone I will fly a leg per day with direct on GPS at low level, according to the terrain but not on IFR but just Radar Covering.

If you want to know about the 1953 flight, it is well covered in my website at:-
