Ah, you must have the Windows "Modesty Filter" switched on which prevents viewing of dubiously-named items such as "What The Butler Saw".

Don't think its a Shack or a York, the few pictures I've found with flaps down show them to have split flaps, not plain flaps as seen on the what the butler saw...No further ideas at moment.

I would fail most of the challenges; all your responses have merit, given the limited detail, I thank you for your suggestions.
