I've flopped with the latest Bitzer too. I felt sure I had it right, even down to the version, but the Grand Mufti says no.

Hi Paul,
Many similar features, but the Amiot had oval fins, whereas this machine carries rounded quadrilateral fins.

Hmm..those fins are reminiscent of a more well known twin of the period, but I know it can't be that. I'm flummoxed once again.

First, the results:
Diamond badges for these hawkeyes, who correctly identified the SAAB B-18...

Despite some initially unique-seeming features, we still saw some look-alikes emerge; like the Amiot 351 & 354, Le 045, Yermolaev 2
There were some good tries in there.
