Classic British Flight Sim

Many years ago moved away from this stick for something flashier and threw away a perfectly serviceable example.

In recent years have reacquired two - one as a spare(at exorbitant prices) in order to resume the enhanced experience.

Having come the usual route up to FSX I have skipped P3d in all its iterations but have jumped into 2020 (at least for now - in spite of the fact it has

nothing I want to fly!!) to find FF2 recognised but not mapped. Knowing that there are probably quite a few users on here, wondered if anyone has

come up with a solution yet?

Yep, that's a good video regarding controller setup.

Thx for the pointer guys - managed a bit of basic mapping but struggling with sensitivities. Seems input is all or nothing and it refuses POV switch mapping. A few wild sorties -if anyone needs Cessna spares there are a lot of bits alongside the main run at LOWI :-)
Guess I might have to wait for Russel Dirks to bear fruit.

I set up my Sidwinder FF2 on the phone with Allan the other week and it works ok. The trick with the POV is to only define 4 positions; up,down, left, right. If you try and define the 8 positions it doesn’t work. I have some notes I think and I’ll post them when I get home.
