Hi Peter :hello: ,
Strangely, the still picture at the start is crisp, whilst the video is less so.
That's the Textron paint - a rather intriguing scheme. :agree:
Are you flying in Ecuador?

Mike...The video was just taken with my phone and I would not expect it to be sharp...I’m flying in Africa retracing the Operation Longtrek which I flew in 1953...The big difference is that instead of twelve single seat Venoms I just have me and my co-pilot in a very nice twin engined aeroplane. The main advantage is that the Venom flights were at 40,000 feet on oxygen but now I can fly at low levels with great views of all the scenery...I have just reached the final destination at New Salisbury, Rhodesia, now called Harare, Zimbabwe.

I shall stay here far a few days and look around a bit and try to see all the things that I visited in 1953!

The total flying time of the 11 sectors is 21 Hours 30 mins in the Beechcraft King Air 350i...The total flying time of the over the same 11 sectors in my Venom was 14 Hours.

Here is a double rainbow as I neared Harare in a thunder storm:-

2020 certainly has some real world effects!
I've noticed the fish-eye distortion, as seen in Graham's recent post and in pre-release shots. Is this apparent to you whilst flying, Peter?

No Mike, I can’t detect it on my setup...My gauges are exactly round on my curved screen...Here in one i have just taken:

The co-pilot is flying it and I’m wondering how she will get on at the landing stage!
