Just reading the attached link from Thresholdx.net, that the Maddog md80 is in beta for msfs. No pricing or release date yet, but hopefully will be soon.
I would say that the Leonardo Md 80 is on a par with pdmg, maybe better. It was a challenging aircraft to get right, in P3d, but great when you did. The cockpits a bit of a mix of old and new but as its a development of the Dc9 it's to be expected. Definitely a buy for me whatever the cost.

That is nice, Ben. B-) I can just picture you departing London City Airport with a big smile on your face. :)

I can't remember who it was, but I'm sure someone mentioned they were an MD-80 fan?

Looks very good, not my bag though. Coming 30th April :cpu:

Thanks for heads up Ben. I was checking their site only last night. Definitely a purchase for myself. I hoped that P3d owners may get a discount but doesn't say so. If the 146 arrives as planned I may get that first. Pmdg 737 should be with us in a few weeks, another must have. The old card is going to get some stick

Too pricey for me, as I'm not particularly interested in the type, but I'm sure it'll be worth it for those that are.
The 146 will be my next purchase for sure, very much looking forward to that one.

Just bought the DC-6, and trying out the FBW A32NX. They'll keep me busy for the next few months. Great to see all these new aircraft coming out, though.

The Boeing 247D by Wing42 is superb, especially given the price of just under £15. Amazing level of detail.
