Just a HU, an update is now available for the Hawk.
A couple of bug fixes and quite a few other improvements and enhancements.

Have you had a chance to have a look at it yet Dale? I haven’t had a chance to look myself, but always preferred to use AIFP by Don, and I believe he was involved in the AIG tool. I’ll need to to a look at the latest version of AIFP, because if we could get some AI models of the classics that would keep me happy.

Downloaded and installed Easyjet flightplans to start with' The install process is quite good and intuitive Not sure how many flightplans would start to clog the system up
All stored in community folder so easy to keep a track of

Interested if any more appear :-

The simobjects that AIG installed contained Cvh folders. That tells me they are fsx models, been put through Legacy importer or such. Wouldn't take much to substitute a legacy converted classic for say an airbus, in the relevant flight-plans. As its ai, it won't matter the cockpits non working.

Hi Dale, I’ve been taking a quick look at AIFP and he’s done it so that you can import an existing flight plan in FSX / P3D format and it will spit it out into MSFS format, and then compile it to the community folder. Obviously you can use the existing features in AIFP to substitute aircraft or airports, so I think I may go done that road. You’re right though, we’d only need the visual models and substitute in the FD from the default Airbus or something, and in theory you could create any flight plan you liked.

Nice. Nearly built a large scale r/c model of this a couple of years ago, but then changed my mind and decided a tiger moth was the way to go (more suited to an inverted petrol engine). Can't get hold of either now 8)
