AI Formations

Apologies if this has already been mentioned elsewhere, but I've just come across a nice little tool called AI Formation Toys V4 by Fly Away Simulations. It's really easy to use a lot of fun, free too. You can choose up to 4 aircraft from your hangar and set parameters such as the height, speed and shape of your formation.Then they take off from the runway you're on and follow the instructions you've set up. You can have them fly in a continuous line or follow a basic racetrack pattern.Then all you have to do is take off and catch them up to see how good your formation skills really are!

You're a bit behind the times.
Formation tools is actually by Jerry Beckwith, not Fly Away Simulations. They've only uploaded to their site, (knowing them, probably without permission). It was originally released back in 2008, it's for FSX, but may work with P3d.
